Editorial and Publisher Independence
Initial Screening: All submitted manuscripts are first checked by the Editor-in-Chief for journal scope, author guidelines, and basic academic suitability. Unsuitable manuscripts may be rejected without peer review.
Section Editor Assignment: Manuscripts passing initial screening are assigned to a Section Editor based on subject expertise.
Peer Review and Decision: The Section Editor manages the peer review process, evaluates reviewer reports, and makes the final editorial decision.
Editor-in-Chief Role: The Editor-in-Chief does not make final decisions on individual manuscripts. Their role is limited to overseeing editorial policies, journal development, and maintaining ethical and academic standards.
Publisher Independence: The publisher is responsible for administrative, technical, and financial aspects only. They do not interfere with peer review or editorial decisions.
Decision Criteria: All editorial decisions are made independently based on scientific quality, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope. The process is multi-stage and objective.
Transparency: The journal maintains a complete record of all editorial decisions for each manuscript. While these records are not publicly accessible, they can be provided upon request to ensure transparency and accountability.
